practicing embeding video

Here's the video you are trying to embed - the URL

Go to the YT page, Click on that URL to highlight it - if it doesn't colourize, go to another tab, go back to it, and it should be coloured

Then come to this page where you want the video to be, click on the Insert Video tab above, and a box will come up.
Then you click there at the beginning of the line so your cursor is there, press Ctrl V and the URL will show up in the line.
Press ok and it will show up. I always check by going advanced
