    One of my coupons didn't work Friday and I've noticed that the system went down after that. Apparently Shoppers doesn't have a record of the coupons either.

    "Thank you for taking the time to e-mail us. We were sorry to learn that you were unable to take advantage of this promotion. We would like to investigate this matter for you. Please provide us with a screenshot of the coupon for us to investigate accordingly.

    Please do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Call Centre at 1-800-SHOPPERs should you have any further questions or comments."

    It was down on Sat as well and I lost 2 offers. Would love to screen shot it but it isn't on my account anymore :-(

    I lost all of my offers today, not able to log in and 1-800 Shoppers line is constantly busy. I hope they didn't get hacked into.

    In my area, all the Shoppers (5) point of sale (cash system) was down since 8am this morning. Most of the purchases were manually calculated and cash paid. This also meant no credit, debit, optimum or gift card activation was taking place.

    I thought would be fixed by 8pm evening, but they only had limited functionality. They were able to use the system to calculate & accept cash & credit, but not debit. Plus, optimum & gift card activation were still not working.

    SDM either did a widespread point of sale upgrade or specific to some regions. A real mess, the Manager said they lost an entire day's of business.

    I was at Shoppers today. They were able to scan my card and I recieved base points but none of my loaded coupons worked.....I was able to pay with my visa

    This might have something to do with SDM optimum merging with PC points. The software is being tested as we speak and will likely be announced later this spring or summer....

    This happened to me , after store coupons,I paid $29.69 but my regular points were 520,I didn't receive 20 times wus $50 ,it said unavailable.I used my husband optimum card should wait until evening to speak to CS .

    I had trouble logging in today. Thought I had the wrong password - it's a while since I use it since I usually log in via the email they send using the load coupon button. Tried to reset my pw and got a message saying try again later. Something is definitely going on.

    For those who needed a screen shot of the coupons that didn't work but are no longer in your account - did you get an email with the coupons shown/listed? Can you use that?

    I was able to get my 20x WUS $50 on Sunday, but noticed my 700 WUB any Brookside chocolate product didn't award. On the plus side, I was able to access my account online, and took a screenshot of it sitting in my loaded tab.
