What's a Promo Card?

Oh I think it is just a kind of store card with a cash value which is offered in a promotion like this. So basically you spend 50$ and get back 10$ for your next purchase at their stores (but your next purchase should be before or on 4 April at the latest). Correct me if I misunderstand something.
