Which companies have you emailed?

So....I have a really big disappointment to record here, and I'm actually really pi$$ed about it. I bought 2, 3-Packs of Teddy's Choice 8oz Plastic bottles back in December for my twins. One of my twins threw a full bottle, and it literally shattered! The edges of where the bottle broke were so sharp they could have easily cut one of my children.
I heat all my milk prior to putting it in the bottles, and I boil my bottles regularly. I don't microwave them or put them in the dishwasher.

I called RCSS to inform them, and alert them to this situation. Kind of expecting an apology or in-store credit, or maybe a warning to the public or something.
I got nothing...... The woman on the phone told me I must have been doing something wrong with the bottles in order to have caused this! If I could have climbed through the phone to smack her I would have! She then said she would record this in their files and said good-bye and hung up without even letting me get another word in. She didn't even take my information!

So to all you parents out there ...DO NOT BUY THESE BOTTLES, THEY ARE DANGEROUS.
and RCSS doesn't care! or at least that rep didn't

You should definitely call the HO, not the store & ask to speak to the person with highest authority.. Let them know of the lack of service when u originally called the store & that their reputation will be tainted by bad publicity by you & you'll write to the president & ask for his/her name (maybe at the end if they still refuse to do nothing)... I would want to think the HO will handle the matter more professionally.

I've gotten positive coupon replies from SC Johnson, Chapman's and Monster Energy I emailed a bunch of companies last night so I'll see what other responses I get

Hello, I am new to this. Is there a specific email you would recommend using that have more positive responses than others? I would love to try this out and get some coupons for my favorite products.
