A brag and a rant from our unfavorite store : )

I made a list and went to WM for a glade candle and brought my BOGO so picked up 2 and some motrin and ziploc's, SB shower cleaner and new Pledge brush to get rid of some dog hair. When I got to cashier I gave her coupons and she rang in the SB, Pledge and when she got to the glade she called another cashier they said I could not use my 5.00 off and a BOGO I said its 2 items they said NO so I knew I was in for more problems, I had 4 boxes of ziplocs they said they do not take internet coupons, I said OK show me your written coupon policy the head cashier CS came over then and said she does not ever accept internet coupons, but they would let me use 1, I also had motrin and it rang up at 3.97 well she couldn't use 5.00 off I said fine ring it in as 3.97, by then I am getting very irratable, she tried to do that and the till showed she owed me over 4.00 she called CS again and said I have to pay this lady the CS got mad at cashier and voided the whole transaction and made her do it all again. I ended up paying about 2.25 I said to all of the cashiers (who all had different rules for coupons no wonder the poor new cashier did not know what to do) I want my coupons back they looked at me and said why I said I will take my business to another store where its appreciated. I just used the motrin coupons there last week and the entered them at 5.00 and the motrin I bought was 3.97. Oh ya they kept saying 1 coupon per purchase and I said OK this is going to take a minute ring everything thing in individually and CS said NO!!!!! they are turning down sales!!

Eeek that's not good. I've never had a bad experience there yet..hope I don't run into something like this when I go :S

I have 3 pomeranians and there is hair everywhere. I tried it when I got home and it sure seems to but the real test will be this week. Watch for a review I might actually do one. : )

I have 2 pugs and their hair gets everywhere too. Maybe I will try it!

I hate to say it but I just came from a "new to me" Walmart and they were cool with all my purchases. But I have had the evil looks many times at other WM.

I knew we had their coupon policy on here so I am printing one and I am going back I am not going to be popular but its about time they treated us properly. Maybe I will bring my DD because who in their right mind argues with 2 red heads!!! LOL

WOW---cashiers & CSM's at your WM are JERKS!!!! I'd be writing a nice little letter to their head office explaining the type of treatment I was subjected to--that's extremely unprofessional way to deal with a customer!
