I REALLY had a blast with my local sobeys and their double coupon wednesday.....
in two trips I spent $12.99and walked out with:
2 x family size corn pops($10cpns on back)$2 each after cpns
4 x family size mini wheats($10cpns on back)$2 each after cpns
4 x boxes of vector cereal($2ocean spraycpn,$10wii fit cpn on back)FREE w/cpns
2 x small chunky soup FREE w/cpns
12 x kraft bbq sauce FREE w/cpns
1 x schneiders lunch meat FREE w/cpn
Not wanting to do the math....but I think I did some good bargaining....stay tuned for the pic!

as far as I am aware it seems to be just the 2 in my city! They have competition w/ the co-op store who doubles on tuesdays! i guess it makes up for no LD here and TY!

Congrats ! That's great ! I live 2 blocks from a Sobeys, but here in calgary in one of the most expensive stores. I only shop there if they have a good deal on prices & points.

This is great! It gives us little taste of how they do it in the states, with stacking, double and even triple coupons. Maybe other places in Canada will start this.

I saw something yesterday about how in the US, manufacturers send out 3 billion dollars in coupons each year and only 2% are redeemed.
