Well, I got one and I live in Ontario, which is in Canada so maybe they've changed it.

Thank you! I had to try for a few days to get online right at 12 (EST) to get one. It looks like they have around 100 each day, and they are usually gone by 1205! When I registered, it did say US and then when I kept going down the page, you can change the country code to Canada. Looking forward to getting this!
