Made a Little Old Lady Cry......

And NO!!!! it was not in a bad way. LOL It was a good way. I had gone out to pick up a few things that I needed from No-Frills yesterday. They had bags of shrimp on for $3.99 and since my hubby loves them, I thought I would get him a few extra bags as a treat. Anywho, as I am leaving the store, a cute elderly couple are walking in, hand in hand and are heading to the carts. I overheard the lady ask her husband to wait so that she could make sure they had enough money to pick up the couple of items that they needed. I pretended to fuss with my groceries so that I could hear what they needed, and overheard her say that they needed a couple of the items that I had coupons for. I went over to the couple, gave them my cart, and the coupons for toilet paper, Liptons side kicks and the milk coupon I had. They weren't alot, but the lady was so overjoyed by it, that she started getting teary. I know it wasn't much but it sure made my day to see them so happy. Now the husband said that they could go for coffee together. I love seeing couples like that, still as much in love now, as they were when they met. Sorry for the long post but I had to share.
