Has anyone ordered online from sephora before?

I contacted customer service twice by email regarding my order and no response. I got my elf order from ny today and it was ordered on the same day! I won't be ordering from sephora again, might as well go to Toronto and pick the stuff up in the store instead. I ordered on the 3rd of march and no sign, and no shipping email either.

That is too bad! I have ordered from them several times and I have always gotten my order within 5 business days. I would keep trying to contact them and complain.

I got a response from sephora, they said it was received at customs on the 5th, that once it gets past that, I should receive a shipping email. If I haven't received it yet, to call them. What the heck is it doing at customs for so long??

And I thought the canadian sephora website was shipping from canada. So now I am worried that I am going to get struck by customs charges, since my order was like $65, I thought I safe since it was coming from Canada, but it's not, damn.
