Frustrating!! Am I going to have to email them as every prize meets the "8 week" deadline, lol? I sent them a message about more missing items, but since 2 of them are just shy of 8 weeks only 1 thing is being "re-sent." Uh huh, like they were sent in the first place and Canada Post just happens to lose only their mail. I'll have to email them back in a few days so my other items can be re-sent as well. This reminds me of when their web page was down for 2 days and they kept telling people to clear their cache and check their browsers instead of just saying their web page was down.

Has anyone else had any luck getting missing prizes to appear?

I am still waiting on quite a few original items and then a few re-mails because I got the wrong items.

I don't know why they are now shipping from the US office. Only one of my envelopes of items was right out of the 3 I have received. Had they still be sending from Canada everyone would have gotten their items by now. I won some winners gift cards and am a little mad that I have gotten one of them yet because I guess they had been having some huge clearances that I was not able to take advantage of.

So I went on the huggies facebook page to ask if they could resume items coming out from the Canada office. It seems as though they are dealing with some sort of issue with their new commerical portraying fathers. I haven't watched it but I guess some people are really offended. Has anyone seen the commerical?

I saw the commercial, I thought it was cute and funny with the dads and their babies. It's too bad that some people take things the wrong way and get ultra offended, I know that there are stay at home dads who are pros at diapering, IMHO people need to relax and have a laugh instead of getting bent out of shape over it.

I thought it was pretty harmless, and just trying to be funny myself! I watched it after I saw the facebook "fury" and didn't think it was such a big deal, lol.

So far I have contacted them about 5 items I'm missing - one was from January 2nd, and was supposedly resent weeks ago... that and I'll have to get in touch with them next week for another 2 items (and something tells me this is going to keep happening).

Luckily I did get my Winners cards in time to take advantage of the Winner's winter clearance - but don't worry if you missed out, because they will have another "final clearance" event in the summer. Those are probably the only 2 times I shop at Winners!
