When I cam home from work today, a letter thanking me for my letter (via email) to the Janes Company & a $2 cpn for any Janes product. Might be worth a try for everybody. I also notice SDM has 5x the points on the Janes product this week.

I've written them as well and got the same result. Most companies seem to be willing to send out coupons as long as you don't actually ask for coupons
