Made use of the A&W coupons before they expire Sun., that's the only time we get food from there. I had one and a half teen burgers, 1/2 order fries, am just sipping on a rootbeer. Husband had two and a half teens, one and a half orders fries, and an orange drink. He got three suckers! Yay - I love them!

Our 3.5yr old son recently decided that "butt" is funny. So I gave him 3 options for me to roast and he decided on chicken butt, which is why I roasted a Hutterite chicken. We repeated this conversation and I will be cooking a small pork roast "butt" for Friday's supper with Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes, apple sauce, and some type of veggie.
I think some leftover pork roast butt will get turned into a stir fry to use up veggies from the fridge with rice or noodles.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money

I cheated and made "storemade" cordon bleu chicken breasts and baby potatoes . Hubby was not impressed with chicken. He's so spoiled. . . .

When I just throw things in a roaster, I don't know what to call them - a casserole? stew? I guess it doesn't matter...
Pork loin, cut in strips, sliced onion, diced celery and carrots, sliced cauliflower, can of mushrooms, diced potatoes, many cloves of garlic chopped, chicken stock, spices/herbs - all in roaster, will see whether I want to thicken the juices or not once I see how it all cooks together. Once it's done, I'll throw in the leftover mixed veggies from last night.
