Monday night we went to Cracker Barrel and I had the Fried chicken special. I have to say that was the best fried chicken I've had. Beats KFC hands down.
Last night we had turkey and swiss subs.

Roast turkey, hash brown casserole, fried garden zucchinis with cherry tomatoes, cranberry sauce, and a glass of milk.
The forecast is pretty cool for the entire 10 day forecast. Our furnace was finally inspected this morning and it was red flagged as being unsafe due to the flood damage that occurred in July. So running the oven will help to keep the house a little warmer.
edit: this turkey meal has been postponed until tomorrow because there were still some ice crystals inside the bird.Last edited by Angela273; Tue, Sep 6th, 2016 at 05:11 PM.

Yum Natalka, I love pork chops and mushroom soup!!
I made brushcetta chicken over zucchini spirals, it is a prepped and ready to put together at 5 o'clock, I have two kids home now going to college so everyone is on a different schedule and I am adjusting to cooking for more people.
