Dh is cooking some moose steaks that my dad gave us. I'm not sure what else he will be cooking. Fresh mushrooms haven't been on sale, so I'm not sure what else Dh wants to have with it.

...yesterday I baked a lil' chicken with lots of onion and garlic cloves, it was really good, leftovers for sandwiches today...made rice and there was leftover corn & beans in the fridge so mixed that in with the rice...its a crappy, rainy day here but it is Friday, so one must be prepared I'm going to make a couple of pizzas to have on hand for later...and I have some beef thawing in the sink so will make a pot of beef stew later for tomorrow 's lunch as its a busy weekend here ..and hopefully a bbq tomorrow evening if the rain finally stops TGIF!

Our local FADOQ (old age center) is holding their annual free hot dog and corn all you can eat opening night for 50 and over members and their guests. So that`s for dinner. Hot dogs, corn, soft drinks, dessert, coffee or tea plus door prizes.

I'm currently roasting garden veggies to turn into a pasta sauce. We might have it with pasta and meatballs for supper tonight.

..went to friends for dinner, there was a crowd and it was a late night...I made a ginormous donair pizza and a carrot cake...and we had deep fried chicken and fish and a bunch of other stuff..doing it all again this evening, luckily I have my pot of beef stew to take as my head hurts today...lol..if I get a burst of energy later I might fry some ground beef for nachos as I have everything else on hand...and I have some hot wings in the freezer
