    Crock pot whole chicken and will finish it off in the bbq (nice day here), asparagus fried with garlic and butter and a small side salad

    Came home to ground beef, kidney beans, cabbage and canned tomato casserole in the crock pot.

    Today I made my own chicken strips. I used a couple fresh chicken breasts and sliced them into strips. I breaded them with the usual method of flour,egg, and bread crumbs. Served with mashed potatoes.

    Leftover BBQ chicken - I had mine (breast) with gravy on bread, with the few leftover onion rings and some coleslaw; husband had leftover dark meat pieces with potato wedges and coleslaw.
