Is focaccios plural for focaccia? I make one that the dough comes from my bread machine. On top I put olive oil, fresh Parmesan, caramelized onions, roasted garlic and mozzarella, bake it on my pizza stone, it looks like a pizza. Bad breath bread, but so delicious.

    Plural is focacce.

Husband brought home Chinese takeout from our fave mall place - yummers. Everything from there good but their huge, freeform handmade eggrolls are da bomb!

My trip to Saskatoon got extended by a day due to concerns about weather and road conditions.

Today's lunch was a potluck at my grandma's long term care facility. I told grandma that I am expecting our second child, I am due in August. Baked chicken legs, brown beans, baked sweet potato fries with dill dip, potato salad, green salad, fruit platter, and spice cookies.

Tonight's supper was at my mom's house with my three younger siblings. Small beef roast, roasted potatoes & carrots with it, gravy, romain salad, jarred horse radish, glass of milk & icecream.

There has been a whine in our house recently for pizza, every time a pizza commercial comes on "yum pizza" looking through a magazine finds a pizza recipe "yum pizza, I need some". So tonight I am making homemade pizza, will let the bread machine do most of the work.

Tonight we are having roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. Making the kids jello for dessert. They can add a scoop of ice cream if they wish. All prepped and ready to put in oven and turn on stove

Made a meal of sauteed ground pork with chopped onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, and carrots, in a mushroom sauce with Italian herbs, s+p. Served over wagon wheel pasta, with a salad of romaine, celery, carrots, radishes, and cauliflower with Caesar dressing.

SO, let's talk salt. Couldn't fiture out why the meat sauce thingee was so salty. I wondered, did I salt it twice?
Then I remembered how sunny it was in the kitchen, and maybe I didn't look when I grabbed the salt shaker. OH, the salt shaker - not our normal one, that broke a few weeks back. Took a look at this one, the holes are HUGE, so my few shakes were HUGE! OY! Tried to fix with some sugar, added a bit of water, some lemon juice, but it still was quite salty.
Thank goodness it was tasty, and it mellowed out mixed with the pasta, and having salad with it.

My honey is making dinner tonight and he was thinking about making chicken ceaser wraps. We have everything but the romaine so hope he finds a deal on it as it was $2.99 a head at RCSS the other day.
