One of us has to stay healthy - poor dh goes through enough for both of us.

No, no! Never worry about me! I am strong & healthy and rarely get ill. The time change and my SC addiction are to blame. I will get some sleep on the weekend and all will be right with my world again. Since we lost the hour last weekend, I've been going to bed around 12:30 a.m. - about 1 hour later than usual because my body clock wants 11:30 p.m. And then I get up at 5:00 a.m., so I'm just a bit short on sleep right now. See? I'm good.

Thank Hicks. I feel fine, just tired. Kind of hoping it rains at lunch so I don't have to make an excuse; either way, I'm staying in again today. But daily lunch-time walks begin soon.
