Thanks for the recent rep; Happy Family Day!

Hi. Yes, what a glorious w/end so far. Huge bonus for the middle of February. Jake enjoyed being outside, even if it was just laying on the deck while I read. Nice taste of spring; I needed that. I'm glad Rufus is better, hope it doesn't get worse again. It'd be a shame to have to put the cone back on.
I'm feeling quite a bit better, thanks for asking. It's not perfect, but I was able to walk Jake without the walker for the past few days. Must admit though, I had to lay down for awhile afterwards though. I just pray there's no more snow. I just can't take the chance of shovelling again.
I only popped on here to catch up. I woke up @ 2:40, and just couldn't get back to sleep. I'll try again in a little while. Enjoy your Family Day.

hi!!! I just logged in. ty always for the reps and cheerful posts! What a grand day today weather wise. Full on sunshine and happy dogs. Rufus swollen eye problem is better too. I took that cone off days earlier before the 10 days was up because I just felt so very sorry for him. Hope you are feeling much better, are you able to get around without the walker once again?

Hi, Hicks! Thank you for the reps....but nooooo...it was sunny alright, but cold! Well...not bitter cold, I think it was supposed to go up to -7 or so, but that's enough to keep me indoors. I got a lot of stuff done around the house until I got too sore and tired, but one day at a time, right?
How are you faring these days? It's so scary when it's icy, isn't it??!!

it's still snowing but not so much now ..very high winds..blowing snow around ..making it worst ... all government buildings close today and all grocery stores only thing open was convenience store and gas bar .. haven't venture outside yet today.its better be in warmth then out freezing my bums off . ☃️☃️☃️☃️

oh hicks, I feel your pain! I really do. For me it is the extra weight I am carrying, cannot recall the huffing and puffing and profuse sweating now, in the past I was like a workhorse. Now I just take many breaks, but I eventually finish. I hear more is on the way? Hope they are wrong.

isn't the amount of snow depressing? I helped today, can't let DS do ours and the neighbours, there was just too much. Hope you are feeling better and eating well. We are in " soup " mode. Comfort soup, Mmmmm.
