Hi again. You will never guess how nice the PC rep was when I called and explained about the refund dropped my OOP to just under the required $150.00 spend? She reviewed my acct., saw the 2000 pnts were awarded, and " locked " them in so no one removes them. Then ( of all things) she gave me 2000 MORE Bonus pts. because I had such an " ordeal " Wow huh? lol
