Thanks so much for asking. She's doing better, but it's going to be a longer recovery than she expected. She's still quite queasy, so solid food is eluding her. Looks like she'll be off to a rehab place early next week for a minimum of 2 weeks (she's hoping less). I'm trying to figure out how I can smuggle her pet in for a visit.
that's great that she's in good spirits! attitude makes a huge difference. i had a nice day, thanks, despite having to work.
She's in great spirits - she went out shopping yesterday (was tired of being cooped up for a week)! Her surgery is in 2 weeks, so she's trying to get everything sorted out before then. How was your birthday?

lol The same thing happened to me the other day. I went to add some words & things were changing before my eyes. I felt like I was in the middle of a Twilight Zone episode. Hope you have a wonderful Birthday!!! Make sure you spoil yourself rotten.

It's amazing how many wild creatures (& not just the human kind) are downtown.
The soundtrack is different from the movie. Actually, the North American soundtrack is different from the Aussie stage version. Apparently, a lot of songs are tailored to the top 40 from each location. It was a lot of fun! If you get a chance to see it, go! I highly recommend it for a night out.
I know. I grew up with birds, so I know what they're capable of (lots of mischief, they have very distinct personalities).

Actually, the weather was lovely. There was a nice breeze, while we sat & watched the acrobats & then the parade outside. Most things were inside where the ac was on full blast. & the ice show was absolutely freezing! Eeek! We had to go outside to warm up.
Hmm, not sure. He's moved out of the box & into the patch of sunlight. I'm surprised he isn't chewing on Lily's tail to get a little hair of the dog.
that's strange. my repping ability seems to be intact and my repping points are still accumulating. odd though that some people i rep only get 2 new bars, whereas others get 3? oh well. it doesn't really matter anyways. have a great day! will the cat wake up with a catnip hangover?
Hmm, wonder if that's why my repper is stuck. Some days I can rep without issue, the last few days I get kicked out after 3 or 4. Oh, well, it will sort itself out eventually. Here's to sunny skies for the rest of summer (it can rain when the cold weather hits).
hey andi i just noticed that your reps seem to be stuck. i repped you and that should had added two bars to you but nothing happened. feetfrown had the same prob but he says his are fixed. i know mine are still frozen and i think kool's are too.
