those were the days, andi! great free (with admission) concerts at the forum and the revolving stage.
it's a real shame it's declined to it's current state.

Back in the 80s, we all but lived at Ontario Place (specifically the Forum). For $5, you could spend all day there and have an amazing concert at night. And, except when the Ex was on, parking was free.

Sigh. Now I feel old.

You too! Today is going to be a cuddle with the brats during breaks kinda day, except for the wearing of three layers minimum while outside with Lily dog (her too!).

Well, as I said to the doctor, he's had an easy time of it the last 10 yrs - I'm usually in & out of his office at my annual check up in less than 5 minutes, so I have to make up for lost time by wasting hours of his. It is more frustrating for them that my body is doing such wonky things. I'm really making them earn their pennies this time.

Last time I visited Mickey, it was the first week of Dec, when there were hardly any people. It was perfect!

Well, I did bring back double digit temps for 2 days! I can't help it if McSkier's and Attitash's sn*w powers are stronger than mine.

i think one more trip to the mall will do it for me.... just a couple of stocking stuffers to pick up

Actually, I finished my shopping in the summertime (I'm one of those oddballs that starts shopping on Boxing Day). Nothing wrapped yet, cause that would require more room for storage (space is already at a premium in this teeny studio apt).
