My Windsor story is that I lived there a long time ago. Was crazy in love & moved there & lived at Lauzon & Tecumseth. It really grew on me. The mean boyfriend dumped me for one of my friends & broke my heart. Now I'm an old lady! LOL

A gastric bypass eh? I guess you would have to choose your foods wisely because you can only eat just a bit each time right? Do you have to take lots of vitamins? Did you get the Multibionta bzz campaign? Some people really like that vitamin, but it says on the box that if you have liver problems not to take it, so I wonder if it would affect you .... - I guess stomach and liver are not the same, so.... Yes, those peanut buster parfaits are DH's fave. And in the Edmonton SUTP coupon book, there are 2 coupons for BOGO peanut buster parfaits - sigh. They are both used up already though, but a friend is going to give me hers . Sugar free ice cream sounds great! Do you have an ice cream maker?

it asks you first what kind of coupons you have-the coupon zone ones scan and the manufacturer coupons you input the price

thanks for the rep (x2 now). I found out about this on another thread and figured I'd try it when I went there. I went through the self checks as some people said it was easier this way. all RCSS must do it because it shows as different coupons on the screen when you check out,plus the cashiers didn't seem to pay much attention to what I was giving them.
