I was just thinking if you contact the local newspaper for coverage they might offer t-shirts, cups. Contact radio stations. Visit restaurants, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, local businesses and ask to speak to managers and explain this is a yearly event and you promiss to promote their name, even on the each table. And send thank you notes and update after event and you will be lined up for next year. Present at same time documentation from last years' event to show it is on the up and up. Ask Fire station suppliers if they have t-shirts ro whatever. Favorite receipes from the firemen, mini cookbook. I have tons of ideas. Let me know if you need more ideas.
