Aw, I'm so sorry to hear that....is there someone near you who can give you some time alone with your hubby? A little while to just get away, even if it's out to a movie? I was a care-giver to my Mom when she lived with us and eventually needed care 24/7, so I know how draining it can be. Is there help from an agency that can give you respite care? Hubby and I had a caregiver over to help Mom with her shower every morning for about an hour and omg....coffee...alone....what a luxury! And 4 hours of respite every Thursday...boy, those were lights at the end of my tunnel!

Thank you for the message. Its been a very hard time for me and my DH. Its mostly like this every Christmas and birthdays. Maybe someday even with autistic kids we will be happy again.
