Nat, although I doubt there's more than a half dozen crafts my late BFF and I haven't tackled, I've never, ever done a felt ornament! I imagine the ones you once did were gorgeous, knowing your love of detaiil.....perhaps it's time to renew your love of that craft for your son's 'hope chest"? He'd absolutely treasure them!!

thanks nat -just getting ready to go away for 3 days with the grown kids -I guess I still have a bit of a bug(no crampy pains thou only the first day and a half ) -only ate a applesauce this morning and toast with a tiny bit of jam -I lost 2 and a half pounds -lol -anyway cant wait to go away -take care and have a great Canada day

Thanks so much for the Prayers Natalka. All considered my daughter is coping extremely well, she decided to move for the summer, she was offered a summer position in a very small town in the field she is studying at College. She has made some really nice friends and settled in so well. I think getting away is just what she needed, I admire her courage. Myself i am still angry but dwelling on it less every day.

I was reading the obituary about Bobby Curtola and saw the song Donna posted there, but I know Richie Valens penned that one....lol! I like Richie's version better.
