Grrr..lol! You probably received a very strange rep! Using this ipad while I'm convalescing is a nuisance so I make a lot of typing mistakes, and hit the wrong key sometimes, which I did this time. Sigh.

Anyway! I was about to congratulate you on your financial lessons with your grandson! I will certainly consider doing the same! As for getting under 5% interest......shop around for a new FA or FP! Lol!
