oh to give reps is much easier. Just find a post you like, look to the left under their stars and candies things and there is a little symbol there. place the cursor over it and it will say rep, but be careful, the other symbol is a " report " button for lude posts. lol. So click on the rep, a drop down screen enables you to type a message that only the repped person sees. then when you are done with the message, hit ok and then they will ask you to confirm with a second click. It is very easy, sorry i just can't remember the rep symbol pic now.

you mean you have never seen any of them? Oh you are in for a nice surprise. So where it says reps, click on the " reps" tab and usually they can be found below any threads you have posted in. Since you post a lot, you will need to scroll down a fair bit to get to the actual rep section.
The rep will say who gave it to you and often the person leaves a funny comment with the rep. The thread that the person gave you a rep in is there, click on that thread it takes you to the post that you made that they liked or " repped " you for. Whew! Hope I explained it ok
