For those of you in Ottawa, pick up a Kitchissippi Times newspaper (the free newspaper of the Westboro region in Ottawa) and you'll find a coupon for a free first class of yoga at the Windhorse yoga studio on Wellington Street.

(No expiry date on it). The newspaper is only published monthly or bi-monthly, I believe, so you'll have awhile to pick it up. It is available in most coffee shops and lots of boxes on the street in the Westboro strip of shops in Ottawa.
