What is Cash Back and how does it Work?

I placed an order using the cash back system but it is not showing up on my account. Help!

It takes a few days for merchants to report the transactions. If within 15 days of placing an order your transaction is still missing please submit a support ticket using our Cash Back support system. An agent will look into your transaction and contact you back.

I asked a question on the Cash Back forum but no Cash Back agents answered me.

The Cash Back forum is a way for you to freely discuss anything cash back related with other Cash Back users. However it is not officially supported.

What is my Cash Back ID?

Your Cash Back ID is 0
If you see 0 it means you are not logged in.

After I place an order through the Cash Back system, is there anything else that I need to do?

For most merchants, no you are done and should see the cash back on your account within a few days.

The only exceptions to this rule are Amazon.ca, Future Shop and Best Buy. For these three stores ONLY you need to forward your order confirmation to "cashback@smartcanucks.ca". You need to also submit a support ticket here with: 1. Order ID, 2.Order total.

For eBay.ca what is the 28% cash back on?

You get 28% cash back on the commission paid to eBay.ca NOT the value of the item sold
