Yesterday, I received the $5 McDonald's Gift Card from icoke.ca. I noticed that the shipping page indicated the order placed Aug. 25 but actual fulfillment happened Sept. 2 (I checked my account for details). So allow three weeks for delivery. I had missed earlier availability of the cards on the site, but when they were available, I submitted my order right away.
