I recieved my Kashi Sample and I made a complaint to a cosmetics company last week and never heard anything back but today I recieved a package with lots of makeup in it! Great freebie and customer service.

Haven't heard anything from Brandsaver yet :( I requested them almost 3 weeks ago.
