Which Freebies have you received?

I was at Home Hardware today and the scrubbing bubbles automatic cleaner was $21.99 on sale for $19.99 and it had a coupon attached to it for $5 off which they let me stack with the $10 save.ca coupon so I ended up getting it for $4.99. And of course the pledge duster and the scrubbing bubbles cleaner were under the price of the coupons so those were free. Pretty cool freebie!

By the way Walmart had them too for $19.98 with the $5 off but will not let you stack the coupons so you only get the $10 off!!! i was so mad!!!! I argued with her and then left it in the store, will try home hardware or Canadian tire tonight

That is a very good question..any cashiers care to field this one?

I'm not a cashier but I spoke to one today because I had a coupon for free puppy food up to $16 and decided to go for the big bag that cost $17.99 instead of the small one for $10.99.

She says her problem is that the customers don't always read the coupon , like today she thought I wanted the big bag free and was waiting for a big arguement from me. No problem when I said "OH, I thought it would be ok if I paid the 1.99 difference."

I asked if she gets upset when someone comes with lots of coupons and she said no, most of them don't because they see themselves how much the customer saves.

On another note - if you get a pet food offer like I just did
that is a coupon for a free bag and then $2.00 or $3.00 off a couple more that you may not use-
the Humane Society really needs puppy and kitten food (especially wet)right now so they will gladly take any coupons you have (at least in Ontario).
