awhile back.. i tried.. to get... the free kit.. Beyond Brunette ... I got a email... few times.. saying what did i think about their products ...the last one i got ...it made me so upset ...so i wrote them ... told them ..that i never received their products.. it was pretty hard to tell them what i taught ...when i didn't get it ...so couple weeks ago ..i got a call ...saying they were Sorry ...they would see what they could do ..they ask me some question about my hair.. they would send the right products for my hair ... so couple days after ...i received the 3 free coupons for their products and a letter saying all their freebies were gone ..so instead of disappointting me again ...they enclosed 3 coupons for the same products ... i checked my emails ...it said ..their samples were gone for that promotion ...SORRY ...then lunch time ...Sameday courier came knocking at my door ...asking me to sign for this package ...when i open it .. seen all those sunsilk products ..that i was told i wasn't getting... cause the promotion was over ...so i guess the woman i was talking to on the phone ..did something about it ...but they sure made my day when i open it ...thats what happen and why i got all those sunsilk products ...cool hey !!!
