complained to HP about the bottle breaking and they sent me 2 FPC a while ago worth $5 each...then today they sent me a survey to report how they did with the complaint and 3 $1 coupons for heinz...perfect cause i ran out of ketchup yesterday so i got HP sauce free and mega size ketchup for $2.69...and an email rom shoppers with printable coupons pampers $12.99 and royale bath tissue or $4.99 24 pack used that and the save.ca $1 off too so i got it for $3.99
