well i already filled out the survey - which took like 5 minutes...then they called me the next day and pretty much asked me the same questions and maybe 2-3 more...that took another 5 minutes...then the lady on the phone told me that i was eligible and the next day i got the email

I don't mind making an appointment and answer say another 10 questions for the free pants and matching jacket! (the pants itself are like at last $60 - i looked it up )

Because i took like 2 months to ship the scanner back to them out of laziness, but they were waiting for it so as an incentive to ship it back they sent me a $20 voucher to send back with the scanner and they will then send me a $20 cheque.
