My mailman didn't show up to our building today. NO ONE here got any mail today and he didn't take the stuff left on the ledge marked RTS so I know he wasn't here. There has been many times he just doesn't show up.

What is the proper way to file a complaint? I called the cust service last time and she said she'd make a note about it but she was possibly the stupidest person ever and I know nothing will get done.

I am so frustrated.

today i got an OB trial pack (case was black), fpc's for hungry man dinner, and duncan hines product, also got Home Basics magazine came with a ton of coupons, and a free sample of liptons new tea, looks really good! was a pretty good freebie day :)

today we got the Jungle Pilot story ( free book about missionaries to ecuador) hope its a good read..patak recipe booklet with dollar off coupon...shame about postman..maybe you can call customer service again ( hopefully get one with a brain cell or 4...request an address you could write to maybe? just a thought

I just sent pinnacle foods a message saying how much I loved their products and asked for coupons, and they send me them:) somone on the SC posted that they did this and got coupons so I gave it a try.
