Anyone know about the Flare stuff?

I think my mail person is taking a long weekend....from what I can tell no one on my street got any mail.

its a freebie giveaway they choose 1000 people each month to receive something I got January's freebie for mom thats all I have gotten from them so far :-)

men's lacoste perfume sample, l'oreal skin genesis sample and $5.00 coupon and i helped myself to some extra coupons at the grocery store.

I got the free coupon from Sealtest and the ASPCA pet safety kit

Really not much lately, I am beginning to think the postman's wife has them ( har har) ...did get yesterday a checkerspot mag and today coupons from save.ca....oh well...hopefully something snazzy will find its way here have a happy one what ever ur doing :)

The past two days have been a wealth of freebies for me.

My local Shoppers Drug Mart had a Beauty Gala Event last night. They only sold 40 tickets for the event and I really lucked out because I managed to get the very last ticket!

For a $10 ticket guests received a makeover, a skin consultation, the opportunity to speak with a cosmetic surgeon (he was even doing free shots of Botox but I didn't do it--that stuff just kinda scares me), as well as refreshments and a gift bag with purchase. The $10 fee was redeemable towards the purchase.

So I came home freshly made over, gift bag in hand and ready to see what I'd scored when..lo and behold...I discovered my Mario Badescu samples had also arrived. Wow...so many cosmetics, so little time.

Then today the book I ordered from Points and Prizes arrived. It only took a week to get here! A very nice pick-me-up after a long day at work.

That's why I love freebies--they never let me down :-)

My friend told me about it..but that sdm is like 2 hrs away from me, so I didnt bother with it.
