No, I do not think she will ever change and I think Amy is a fab actress to be such a brat like her mom!

I wonder if they will ever, the fire investigation is long past and every one blames Carla. Unless she admits it due to her new-found personality, I can't see how it will come up? Unless she still has the key she stole, but they could always say Amy picked it up while staying with Steve since Michelle had one
She would have to confess she was even there, and I don't see that happening.

It's been driving me bonkers too, that everyone is blaming Carla for the fire. At first, there were signs that Tracy felt guilty, but maybe they'll use it to build up to Carla's departure from the Street. They already seem to be cutting ties to her factory by dwindling her finances.
I thought Carla might be the one to pry the Rovers from the hands of Tony, but maybe not now?
I'm still hanging in there since it took a little while for Jason to find out that Todd was behind his breakup with Eva.
Eva should be back from maternity leave pretty soon too
scary picture! :lolsign:

It's NOT from London, so don't really care for it. People from the South of England will agree completely based on the North - South divide. This also applies when it comes to football (soccer). We won't mention the jokes about the accents here
I am from London and Corrie was watched all the time growing up
I never said people didn't watch Corrie.....this is something you are alleging, not me.
So am I...born and bred actually, a real Cockney and Eastenders is what Londoners relate to more than Corrie. Those that are not from blighty won't get it. It's not like over here, there is a South - North divide in England.
Unlike here, we don't all speak the same, even within London people (born in London) don't speak the same. I am not talking about people that moved to London from parts of the country, like people moving to Toronto from the boonies here, and all of a sudden consider themselves Torontonians.
I watch both, but you said ppl will agree based in the north/south divide, I was simply disagreeing with that.
Most of my friends parents watched Corrie when I was growing up, a handful watched EastEnders and that is in London. On the other hand, I have family in Manchester who won't miss EastEnders.
Maybe it is because you relate more being from the same area rather than just a north south divide
