it comes a few weeks before your due date.

I just called them to change my address with them and turns out I wasn't even on there mailing list for some reason. I am glad I called to check now it will be mailed out this week and I should recieve in the begining of may :)

got one today... only had a sample can of the formula, the bag, and a bottle... other bags i got had more things ..... but good none the less

I called Nestle yesterday cos my due date is in 3 weeks time but I still have not received anything yet (I joined in Jan this year). After waiting on the phone for like 5-10 min, a very friendly lady answered my call. She told me that she couldn't find my name & address in their database so she asked for my info again and said I should receive the backpack within 6-8 weeks.

I remember that I did give them my email address when I joined the program but I haven't received a single email form Nestle so far. If this is also your case, then I highly recommend you to call them cos you might not be on their mailing list either! Their representative is super nice ^^
