Great idea - sadly LD doesn't carry Canton gravy so we'll have to check thep price at Safeway.
SDM has some sort of gravy for 88 cents but I was thinking, unless it's free I might pass, gravy is something people can make.
Keep all these ideas coming ... it's a huge help.

I send out my envie today. At first it was really organized but then I have to split it in 1/2 so it'll fit in the slot of that plastic they use to measure the size. Then I kept on adding more and more and more coupons that I got from save.ca, trades, etc. I'm ready to be cursed when you sort those coupons

Wow Islandgirl - "envies" plural??? LOL. I'm happy everyone isn't Lizzy - Lizzy is wonderful (I love you Lizzy) but I need to be able to have some time for shopping -- 20 Lizzy would be a Coupon Blizzard - I can only imagine.
I have only started to grasp the magnitude of the coupons arriving. I think it's shoe box time. I have currently have 3 nice plastic trays - kinda shoebox size plus my huge binder and a expandable file for coupon inserts.
But I think I'm going to have to get more subdivisions: deoderant box, laundry box, Dove (probably needs its own box); Shampoos other than Dove.
If anyone has done something on a big scale like this before -- please advise me.
I'm so excited ... I have a hunch the first envie might arrive tomorrow.

I am thinking you are going to be getting A LOT of coupons soon! I hope so anyways because you need them for 70 hampers!! I am still organizing my coupons for you - I am trying to group them all together so it is easier for you when you unload the envelope. Hopefully I will have it out in the morning after I drop my son off at school and do another coupon hunt at my grocery stores.

Wishes, the cow, was snug in her box
Visions of sugarplums in her head.
She knew that the train passengers
Were busy stuffing the envelopes with care
Soon the fat envies would be there.
Giving-Small answering questions galore
Would this work or this?
Yes please, send more.
Giving-Small zipped to and fro
Deoderant and detergent were a deal
Soon the house was about to explode
So she loaded up her wheels
Diapers, juice, Old Spice
And other things nice
And off to the Drop-in she went.
Now back on SC the train riders
Were scanning the flyers
JoJos and Kay2371 wrote
Don't miss the Shopper's sale
There's stuffing and more.
She looked for some
And sent a text off to a mathematically inclined elf
cdnchk arrived lickety split
Giving Small cashed in her points
for cranberry sauce, stuffing and pasta.
Now her house is stuffed as a Xmas turkey
List of Items Bought for Baskets and Shelter - Week 2
70 Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
70 Stove Top Turkey Stuffing
100 bags of pasta
48 kellogg's cereals
Vector and Raisin Bran
12 Old Spice deoderant
7 Cranberry Juices,
6 Degree deoderant
4 Nature Valley Granola Bars
3 Glade Candles,
2 Hamburger Helpers
2 Special K cereals
.............to be continued
Giving-Small is too tired to write another rhyme.

getting my envie ready
this thread is great !!! love the poem
I helped with hampers a few years ago and we used the cutlery(sp?) containers for the drawer as coupon organizers as we had them lined up on the table and each slot held a type of coupon and everything was very visual .....
