Guideline to Posting Walmart Canada Flyers on SmartCanucks

I've been in contact with Walmart Canada about posting flyers on here and they are not against the concept as long as it's been made publicly available.

i.e. if you get the flyer at home like you get other flyers you can post it on here without a problem at all.

However, if you work for Walmart, the flyer publisher, paper girl/boy and receive the flyer before the public does, please do not post it and wait until it has been made publicly available then post it.


Hint: Walmart Quebec flyers are usually made publicly available a couple of days before the rest of Canada and these flyers are usually very similar to the other provinces' flyers

Then this would mean you can publish it on MONDAYS because in Quebec it is distributed then. I think that is early enough for most of us to do our weekly planning.

the point is it's their advertising, they want each week to be profitable. if they have certain strategies for how they advertise and market, and some doofus steals a paper and makes it available before walmart has planned, then it effs up their marketing doesn't it.
then ppl wonder what's up walmart's butt...

I get my flyers in ONtario at my mailbox on Wed around noon. that gives us lots of time to plan our shopping. and as for Walmart. I sure did like there anniversary sale. Cashed in MEGA....

You should probably rename the title to Guideline to Posting Store Flyers on SmartCanucks to avoid any problems from other companies in the future too.
