Taffy - I'm always SO happy when I can get a pic with her eyes open to capture those blue eyes!

I've been asked for info about the above kitties - Vadar is just over a year old, daughter of Taffy. Taffy is almost six years old, and her beautiful blue eyes and colouring are from her being part Ragdoll. She's also got the trademark 'bunny fur' and some of the floppiness of a Ragdoll - but I'm glad she's got the headshape of a regular cat, because I'm not a huge fan of the 'pointed' -type faces.

You will have to excuse the unmade bed.

Kitties settling in for morning nap - Vader on top, Taffy just crawled into the top tier of the hanging thing - you can see her if you look carefully. (no the cat post isn't tilted, I was!)

I think two is an appropriate number as well. problem is, so did my fiancé, before I met him! It's too many at four but we can't do anything about it... and we love them to pieces.
...except when your twenty pound cat decided to lay on your chest and then gets up, turns around on the spot and uses your throat as an excellent place to step... not like I need to breathe or anything, right?

Oh, gosh you have a 20 pounder! Taffy is a big cat, but she's girly and light, about eight pounds only.
Getting back up to four would be awesome for me!
BUT my husband 'doesn't like' cats, or so he's always said... At the time we got married, I just didn't happen to have any, but for our first anniversary he brought home two kittens for me!
Yeah, now when our cats are all flirty with him and snuggly, or when he's in the throes of big playtime with them - we do remind him, yeah, he's the guy who doesn't really like cats - HA!
(Frankly, he puts up with a lot!)

I exaggerated slightly - he's 17 lbs... as my fiancé likes to say, "he's 20 lbs pure muscle".....riiiiiiiiiight. Though he is a very large-framed cat. Actually three of our cats are quite large frames, but not necessarily fat, just tall. One's a Mainecoon so that makes sense, and she's fluffy so it makes her look larger, but she's probably still 13 lbs. Then another is probably around 11 lbs. But then our baby cat (that's what I call him because he doesn't like to lay any way but how you'd cradle a baby) is about 6 lbs, but he's 18 years old.
Well you know I do have a few you can take off my hands, but getting them to Sask might be a bit of a hassle And truthfully I'd never actually get rid of them, but sometimes I just feel insane when you can't find a place to sit on a sectional couch because there is cats everywhere you look.
I love men who play with cats... I just find it so unexpected, probably because I never knew a "cat-man" before my fiancé. I find it almost as endearing as the man walking with the front baby carrier uh oh, I think I'm nesting...

My friends fur-baby and I..
Brought her outside for some air. She snuggled up to me. I melted.
