I love my old cat, really I do! But he is starting to drive me nutty. He has suddenly developed a habit of sitting at the back door and screaming. I do not let my cats outside, strictly indoor cats. He is a 19 yr old Siamese and the screaming is getting on my nerves. I have a baby harness that I put on and carry him around in so I can get things done. That seems to make him happy for awhile but not long. Any suggestions??
I don't really have any advice for you wolfie. I just have a similar situation. We have an old guy too (18 y/o) and he either sleeps, or cries for attention. We've basically just started holding him all the time, except at night. Thankfully he loves being close. I don't know if he is going senile, or a little blind. All I know is he gets lots and lots of cuddles.
