I have a little problem. I did a trade with mapletrees on may 15 and we traded some 5$ off wub 10$ mattel toys for a 5$ amazon.ca code. I pmed the amazon code to her after one week but i never received her envie . its almost 2 months now and she has not logged on since june 4. she even did not open the pm i sent her with amazon code in it. I sent her another message last month but did not read it.She is a very good trader and i have traded with her many times without any issues. I hope everything is ok with her.
I dont know what to do now. Should i use the 5$ amazon.ca code that i pmed her or not? Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.

u both are good traders - u never received her envie from 2 months ago - maybe something came up in her life - however, when she does get back, maybe u guys can do a makeup trade.

It looks like several people have overdue trades and she has not been online in a week. If your trade is over 3 weeks old, leave feedback. If she resurfaces, she can make them up and I can remove/edit the feedback

I have a question about negative ratings being removed and if its possible?

I had a trade go bad and there was circumstances that were beyond my control. I just recently came back to my residence and am trying to get our lives back on track. I have spoken with the other user that did not receive my end a few months ago and will be sending her a GC to make it up to them. I hope that once the user receives it that there may be a way to take the negative away?

Is "Savingmomma" their exact user name? I can't seem to find this user. However, there are quite a few users with similar names.
