Can a MIR be used during 20X points event at SD if on the form is specified " cannot be used in conjonction with any other offer"?I am thinking at Physicians Formula. "Other offer" reffers to the product only or store offers as well?

Yes. At the store you are simply making a purchase. THen once you go home you fill out the MIR, follow the instructions as to what you need to include (such as a receipt, UPC, etc) and then mail it in. It's sort of seperate from your actual shopping trip.

Thank you middleclassmom, I will do this next Saturday at SD. It is a "first time" for everything in life :)
