There is a new one I just found today. It is for Presidents Choice Baby Formula. They are selling a smaller can for $3.99 and you can send away the form and receipt and they will send you the $3.99 back. I have extra forms if anyone wants one. I found it at RCSS

Thanks so much for the information, but I won't be able to add these to this list because you're only supposed to ask for the money back if you're not satisfied, so it's not exactly a mail in rebate.
