i got a letter today from head & shoulders that they received more submissions than anticipated and they've run out of hats so they're producing more. it says they'll send them out in november. i saw on another forum that ppl already received their hats last week so i'm relieved i got this letter.Quote:

I saw this one too but the last rebate from them hasn't arrived yet and I mailed it two or so months ago. I will be waiting for the cheque to come before I decide whether to participate in this one.
