Do you mean full price rebate? I saw both mascara and bamboo compact at SDM in Sheridan Mall in Mississauga.
I think I'll skip the compact thing, it's just an empty case with the brush and you need to buy powder/blush separately, another 20 bucks to spend. BTW most of the PF brushes aren't really great, so for me it's not worth a hustle.
