Ok with the new layout I can't find the survey anywhere.... Can someone point me in the right direction?

i looked all over for it and its not there, so i think only some of us have it on ours!

I thought someone mentioned somewhere in this thread that that rewards are shipped from a Canadian warehouse so you shouldn't have to worry about customs.
