I have redeemed for an enchanted call and once redeemed it was sent to my email for me to click on when I wanted I cant remeber exactly how long it gives, but once you set up your call you can pick any day for them to make the call, I ordered mine last May and chose June 22nd for the call as that is my Daughter's Bday! Hope this Helps.
