lola and smurfette - same thing happens with me. I've unchecked and re-checked, I've contacted them - they say wait, it will happen. It's been going on for at least two years.

Log into your account and go to "my account"
make sure your information is correct - I had the same issue and I didn't have the bottom 2 enabled!

I've checked a few times and they both say "enabled". Just checked again and still "enabled".
So weird that some people receive emails and others don't.
